How do I add credits?
After signing up, click 'Add Credits' in your account. Choose from credit packages ($10, $25, $50, or $100). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Credits are added instantly to your account after successful payment.
What happens if my call doesn't connect?
If a call fails to connect due to a service issue on our end, we provide make-up credits. Contact our support team and we'll review your call history and credit your account accordingly. We stand behind our service quality.
Can I use this for emergency calls?
No. GoldyPhone is not a replacement for traditional phone service and should not be used for emergency calls. We cannot guarantee reliable access to emergency services. Always use a traditional phone line for 911 or other emergency services.
Is my call data private?
